We will identify areas that you need to target whilst working on general strength, flexibility, core stability, breathing control, balance and endurance. Classes will be standing or seated depending on your needs. Our physiotherapist can answer individual questions as well as provide general tips e.g on how to easily get up from the floor and other aspects of falls prevention.
First session is FREE please call/email to reserve your place as we have limited numbers.
Classes are £10 each, and we ask that you pay on the day.
