Pilates is a full body workout designed to strengthen the body without creating and muscular imbalances, with a particular focus on core strength and aiming to improve general fitness. Classes are held in small groups, primary mat-based using small apparatus- Balls, bands, magic circles and foam rollers - to support and challenge you.
